Do I still need a maid?

I have discovered that my son is obsessed with the sweeper, so I bought a used toy one. He loves it and hates it when you turn it off.

Since having a child I have toyed with the idea of hiring a nanny to help me keep up with the daily tasks at home. I have still yet to make that step and actually do it but I'd love to have someone take care of the cleaning.

One of the hard parts about being a working mom is thinking you can do it all. I have realized I can't but have yet to figure out how to come to terms with it. We have started trying to keep up a little bit every day and that seems to help, the house has been a bit cleaner lately, but how do you keep up with the outdoor stuff now that summer is here? Oh goodness!
